(Anderson, S.C. – January 27, 2026) – Two new specialists have joined AnMed as part of the health system’s commitment to providing exceptional, comprehensive cancer care close to home. Dr. Abderrahim Khomani, a medical oncologist, and Dr. Nonna Kolomeyevskya, a gynecologic oncologist, opened AnMed Oncology and Hematology on the third floor of AnMed Cancer Center at the North Campus this month.
The additions represent a significant step forward in meeting the growing needs of the community and reducing barriers to care. Even for patients diagnosed with cancers of the female reproductive system, this means specialized treatment without long trips beyond Anderson or Pickens counties.
Dr. Khomani and Dr. Kolomeyevskya bring years of experience.

What This Means for Patients
Seamless care: Collaboration across oncology, surgery, infusion, radiation therapy, imaging and supportive care will provide a seamless patient experience.
