For assistance in finding a primary care provider, you can call Wellness Connect at 864-512-3748, or search our provider directory to find a location nearest your home, work, school, church or any place that you visit regularly. Oftentimes, patients choose a primary care practice that is closest to their home, while other practices near your workplace, or elsewhere, could provide you a more convenient and timely option, including extended office hours. While all of our primary care practices are accepting new patients, these locations may be able to accommodate your needs quicker:

AnMed also offers a convenient E-Visit option that allows you to receive a consultation and a care plan for over a dozen conditions online, for just $20 per visit. Responses generally will be provided within four hours or less during operating hours, which are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week. For afterhours requests, we’ll respond the next morning.
