What We Do
Piedmont Health Partners is a clinically integrated network of AnMed physicians, providers, and facilities serving Anderson County and the surrounding communities. The network has 650 physicians and providers at AnMed Medical Center, AnMed North Campus, and AnMed Cannon in Pickens County.
We help coordinate and manage patient services from start to finish. Piedmont Health Partners also improves care by assisting doctors in working together, cutting waste, and making patients healthier.
Effectiveness & Benefits of Working with Us
The health professionals on our team work with patients, providers, and payers to improve the quality and maximize the value of medical care. You can see our network’s effectiveness, quality of care, and cost savings in our ability to:
- Boost employee satisfaction
- Close care gaps
- Control costs
- Decrease readmissions
- Improve care coordination
- Reduce health care spending
- Save money on medication
Supporting the Right Care, Time & Place
Your patients or employees will receive education and coaching on appropriate places to get care. They’ll also have access to our flyer, Where Should I Go for Care? [PDF] to help guide their decisions.
24/7 Help Line
Piedmont Health Partners has a 24/7 Helpline (1-877-906-4478). Patients and employees can call for assistance with their health questions and care needs.
Emphasis on Primary Care
Our priority is encouraging enrolled patients and employees (members) to take an active role in their care. If they don’t already have a primary care provider, we help them partner with one. Evidence shows that high-quality primary care translates into healthier, happier patients and lower overall costs.
