Collaboration

  • We are better together as one team.
  • We serve the team by openly communicating and sharing knowledge.
  • We respect the value that others bring and celebrate success.
  • We offer assistance and ask for support when needed.
  • We seek out diverse views, skills and experiences.

Teammate Resource Groups

Teammate resource groups support employees and promote our guiding values. They create opportunities to connect, collaborate and learn. As a teammate, you'll see firsthand how these groups make a difference. Consider getting involved by joining a group that matches your interests or sharing an idea with a group member.

Language Services & Equitable Care Advisors Committee

The Language Services and Equitable Care Advisors Committee (LSEC) works to increase awareness and promote learning around culturally and linguistically appropriate care. The committee supports policies and practices that ensure equal access to AnMed services across the care continuum, in alignment with American Nurses Association standards and federal law.

ProCONNECT

ProCONNECT brings teammates together to collaborate, network and build relationships. The group is open to everyone. Newer teammates can find mentorship from more experienced colleagues. Members also take part in professional development, social connections, and community service.

VetNET

VetNET supports AnMed teammates who are active‑duty military, reservists or veterans. All teammates are welcome to join. VetNET activities include:

  • Placing flags on AnMed grounds for Flag Day
  • Honoring military service members who pass away in our care
  • Preparing care packages for deployed service members
  • Presenting Quilts of Valor to AnMed military teammates
  • Observing Veterans Day
