The Class of 2027 residents have embarked on a three-year journey of clinical training and collaboration, preparing to become well-rounded family physicians committed to serving patients across a variety of settings. The program supports both MD and DO graduates, offering a strong foundation in full-spectrum care, procedural skills, and community engagement.
Many alumni continue their careers in South Carolina, contributing to the state’s healthcare workforce and improving access to primary care. The Class of 2027 brings a wide range of clinical interests—from rural medicine and pediatrics to palliative care and global health.
