To send an email to a patient, simply complete the form below and click "Submit". An AnMed volunteer will deliver your message to the patient's room.
- Delivery Times: Emails received after 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be delivered the next day. Emails received after 2 p.m. on Friday, as well as those received on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.
Please Note:
- Emails cannot be delivered to patients in the Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Outpatient Surgery, or those having outpatient tests.
- Emails cannot be sent or delivered to patients in any of AnMed's outlying facilities.
