See below to learn how you can enroll in text messaging updates by using two different options.
To begin or continue receiving text messages from AnMed, text START to 85702 or scan the QR code.
Text messages related to your relationship with AnMed, including updates related to your visits, AnMed MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management will be sent to phone number above. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. For help text HELP and text STOP to opt out of notifications from a specific short code. Please review terms and conditions and privacy policy below.
Step 1: Set Communication Preferences
In MyChart, from the Menu navigate to Account Settings > Communication Preferences.
Step 2: Subscribe to Text Messages
Activate the Text Message toggle switch to green. Click Save changes.
Step 3: Update Details
Scroll to the Details section to customize the types of text message alerts you receive (ex. Appointments, Billing, etc.)
Step 4: Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation text from 85702.
To no longer receive text messages from AnMed MyChart, text STOP to 85702. You can also update your text messaging preferences and notifications from your MyChart account.
