Dr. Anusha Battineni is a board-certified neurologist who provides compassionate, patient-centered care at AnMed Neurology in Anderson, SC. She cares for patients with a variety of neurological conditions, including neuromuscular disorders, movement disorders, migraines, epilepsy and stroke. Patients can expect thorough evaluations, coordinated care and clear guidance to help them make informed decisions about their health.

Dr. Battineni earned her medical degree from Rangaraya Medical College in Kakinada, India and completed her residency in Neurology at Prisma Health/University of South Carolina Greer Neurology Program. 

Growing up in India, she was inspired to pursue medicine after witnessing the impact of limited access to high-quality care and delayed diagnoses. This experience shaped her commitment to patient advocacy, shared decision-making and delivering comprehensive neurological care.

She is fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Battineni enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
