About Me

Dr. Chris Friendly is a family medicine doctor at AnMed Primary Care – Piedmont. He chose medicine because he wanted to help people live better, healthier lives. During medical school, he enjoyed learning about many different areas. Family medicine gave him the chance to care for patients of all ages and build long-term relationships.

Dr. Friendly likes solving tough medical problems. He enjoys treating sudden illnesses, stitching cuts, and splinting broken bones. He also uses simple procedures to help ease pain or find answers more quickly.

He believes good care comes from working as a team. Whether it’s with other doctors or his patients, he knows that working together leads to better results.

Outside of work, Dr. Friendly enjoys time with his wife and their three cats. He is a family-first kind of person and values time spent at home.
