Dr. David Finney is a family physician at AnMed Primary Care – Clemson, providing care for patients of all ages. He earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson and completed his family medicine residency at AnMed Health.

Dr. Finney chose family medicine for the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and be involved in all aspects of their care. He values listening to patients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized treatment.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, boating, traveling to the mountains, and other outdoor activities. Dr. Finney appreciates the supportive, community-focused environment at AnMed, where he completed his training and continues to practice.
