Dr. Dean H. Trantham is a family medicine physician at AnMed Primary Care – Easley, South Carolina. He completed medical school at the University of South Carolina in Columbia and completed his residency at AnMed.

Dr. Trantham practices comprehensive family medicine, caring for patients from childhood through geriatrics. Growing up with a mother who was a family physician, he developed a lifelong passion for primary care and values building long-term relationships with patients and their families. He approaches patient care with the same attention he would give his own family, focusing on individualized, compassionate treatment.

Outside of work, Dr. Trantham enjoys hiking with his wife and their 90-pound golden retriever, embracing the outdoors and staying active. He appreciates AnMed’s commitment to high-quality, community-focused care, which aligns closely with his own values.
