I grew up in the Upstate of South Carolina in a family full of medical providers. In high school, I became captivated by human anatomy class. When I shadowed a physician assistant during a coronary artery bypass graft procedure in college, I fell in love with cardiac surgery and recognized the immense impact I could make in patients’ lives. I had a passion for this rewarding specialty from that point on.

In 2019, I graduated with honors from the Medical University of South Carolina’s physician assistant program. I then graduated with a certificate from the Houston Methodist DeBakey Cardiovascular Physician Assistant Residency program in 2020. I returned to the Upstate and began working here at AnMed in January 2021.

I love to travel and spend time outdoors: hiking, running, biking, swimming and doing triathlons. I am also involved in my church.
