What to Expect During Your Visit

Check in at the front desk to let us know you’re here. We may ask to see your ID and your health insurance card if you have one.

If it’s your first visit, you’ll need to fill out a patient demographic form. Your answers help us give you better care.

Next, you’ll go to our waiting room until a nurse calls your name. We’ll see you in the order you reserved a spot online or checked in at the clinic, unless we determine your condition is an emergency.

Seamless, Coordinated Care

Look forward to well-rounded, personalized services when you choose AnMed for urgent care. The CareConnect team and your other AnMed providers all have access to your electronic medical record, so they can make informed treatment recommendations.

If you need more services after your visit, we’ll plan for you to come back or see a doctor outside of CareConnect, such as a primary care physician or a specialist.
