Are you struggling to manage overwhelming emotions?

Is your mental health significantly impacting your daily life? It’s time to take control. AnMed's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a structured path to healing and recovery.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at AnMed helps you effectively manage your emotions and live a fuller life.

The IOP offers specialized group therapy for individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or adjustment disorder.

If you're experiencing increased symptoms, behavioral disturbances, or other difficulties impacting your daily life, this program provides intensive support in a less structured environment than inpatient care.

What to Expect

AnMed's IOP is designed to empower you to effectively manage your mental health and live a more fulfilling life. You’ll be part of a supportive community working towards shared goals.

  • Personalized Care: Your journey starts with a comprehensive assessment to create a tailored treatment plan. Expect one-on-one therapy sessions and family therapy when needed.
  • Skill Building: Learn practical tools to cope with challenges through group therapy sessions focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other proven methods.
  • Holistic Approach: Our program goes beyond talk therapy. Explore creative outlets like music therapy, art therapy intervention and mindfulness-based interventions such as yoga, deep breathing, meditation practices, and others to promote overall well-being.
  • Support Network: Connect with others facing similar challenges in a safe and understanding environment. Share experiences, build resilience, and find inspiration.
  • Transition Planning: Our team will work closely with you to develop a discharge plan, ensuring a smooth transition back to your daily life.

Individuals participate in 3 group therapy sessions daily, 3 times per week:

  • Mon 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • Wed 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m
  • Fri 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m

Duration of treatment sessions varies depending on each individual's needs and treatment goals.
