What to Expect

When you arrive, check in at the front desk. We may ask for your ID and insurance card.

If this is your first visit, you’ll fill out a short form with your basic info. This helps us give you better care.

Then, you’ll wait briefly until a nurse calls you back. We see patients based on online check-ins or walk-in order—unless your condition is more urgent.

Seamless Care Across AnMed

Choosing AnMed Urgent Care means your visit fits into your full health picture. Our team uses shared electronic medical records, so we can view your history and offer the right care right away.

If you need more help after your visit, we’ll guide you to the next step—whether that’s a follow-up at Urgent Care, a primary care doctor, or a specialist.
