Start Your Visit

Option 1: Online Surveys - $35

(Online Surveys take about 5-15 minutes to complete)

Complete an Online Health Survey: 5-15 Minutes
  • Answer a series of questions about how you are feeling and the symptoms you are experiencing—just as you would during an in-office visit.
  • You may be asked to provide photos of areas of concern, such as a wound - pictures can be sent from your computer or phone.
  • You can start a visit anytime - 24/7
Provider Reviews: 20-30 minutes
  • Your answers will be submitted to a provider for review.
  • A provider from MUSC Health reviews your responses and creates a treatment plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.
  • You'll be notified when the results are available.
  • Note that if you cannot be treated online, you will not be charged.
Prescription: 2-3 minutes
  • If a prescription is part of your treatment plan, you'll be able to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

Option 2: Chat Interviews - $45

(Chat visits usually take about 1 hour to complete)

Chat Interview Signup: 5 Minutes
  • Provide basic information about your symptoms ahead of your chat consultation with a provider.
  • Once in a chat, you can send messages to the provider and there will be a message on the screen indicating when the provider has signed on. (Wait times may vary)
Chat Interview: 30-60 Minutes
  • Speak with a provider about your symptoms.
  • Shortly after the completion of your chat visit you'll be notified when the results are available.
Prescription: 2-3 Minutes
  • If a prescription is part of your treatment plan, you'll be able to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
