How to Find Us

The emergency entrance is near the helipad at AnMed Medical Center.

    Fast-Track Area for Minor Concerns

    If we determine you’re not having a medical emergency, you may see a provider who cares only for patients with less-serious illnesses and injuries. Available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., this fast-track service lets you get treatment sooner.

    ER Visitor Information

    • Adult patients may have one visitor at a time.
    • If the patient is a minor, they can have two visitors at a time.
    • Visitors must be at least 14 years old.

    You’ll find an ATM in the Emergency Department, and vending machines with snacks and drinks are nearby.

    When to Go to the ER

    Call 911 right away if you or a loved one is experiencing any of the following symptoms:

    • Chest pain or pressure
    • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
    • Upper abdominal (belly) pain or pressure
    • Coughing or vomiting blood
    • Heavy or uncontrollable bleeding
    • Unconsciousness
    • Seizures
    • Sudden or excessive pain
    • Sudden changes in vision
    • Suicidal thoughts

    Information Needed When You Arrive

    Please bring with you: 

    • Photo identification, such as a driver’s license
    • Your health insurance card 
    • A list of your current medications (or your medications in their containers)
