I went into medicine because I enjoy helping others and was drawn to cardiac surgery because of my passion for the heart!  It is a great challenge to care for these patients, but it is very fulfilling to watch them recover and feel better!

I belong to the South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.

I enjoy the outdoors in my free time, including hunting, fishing and playing golf. I also like spending time with my Weimaraner and Great Dane puppy.
