From a young age, I knew I wanted to work in medicine. I was always fascinated with anatomy, biology, and anything science-related. I graduated from Clemson University. Then, I became a registered nurse and worked in emergency medicine. I gained a sense of purpose from caring for patients with life-changing orthopedic injuries and seeing them return to work or enjoy their hobbies several months later. I also enjoy sports and exercise. So, orthopedics was a natural fit when I became an advanced practice provider.

I am a member of the American Nursing Association and the Orthopedic Trauma Association. I received an award from AnMed in 2019 for the Extraordinary Women in Healthcare.

I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, Justen, and three daughters. We love to travel and especially love the coast. We are always up for new adventures! We love weightlifting, working out, and golfing. We also enjoy watching baseball and football—especially the Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Braves.
